Mission Statement
At
Fast Lube Plus our mission is simple and clear. Provide our customers
with the finest preventive maintenance at competitive prices using the
best lubricants available. We consider our experience in the automotive
business invaluable and share our recommendations with our customers as
part of our full service oil change program. Our service reviews are
based on vehicle manufactures recommendations, supported by vehicle
maintenance history and reinforced with fluid samples where applicable.
It
is our goal to inform our customers as to the maintenance requirements
of their vehicles and at no point do we want to create the impression
of a “hard sell.” No employees at Fast Lube Plus are commissioned sales
persons. Should a customer ever feel pressured concerning further
preventative maintenance requirements, a simple “no thank you” is all
that is necessary.
We desire your
continued patronage and want you leaving our facility knowing exactly
what you have purchased, and feeling confident your vehicle was cared
